Disruption as work on Pett's Hill Bridge begins

Posted by Michael Russell on Nov 5, 08 05:28 PM in

MOTORISTS and bus passengers will face disruption around Pett's Hill bridge this weekend when major works to improve it begin.

Pett's Hill will be closed from 10pm to 7am between Saturday (8) and Sunday (9) and bus routes will be diverted.

It will affect the 140, 487 and 398 routes.

There will be a number of ten minute closures to pedestrians but otherwise they will be able to walk along the road as normal.

A drop-in session about the scheme will be held tomorrow (6). It will take place at Pett's Hill Primary School in Newmarket Avenue, Northolt between 4.30pm and 7.30pm.

We'd like to hear from you.
