Charities encouraged to work together

Posted by Michael Russell on Feb 26, 09 11:34 AM in Crime

Voluntary groups across the north of the borough are uniting to help boost their support for residents.

The federation is designed to bring together charities and other organisations in Greenford, Northolt and Perivale so they can help support and learn from each other.

Dan Paskins of Ealing Community and Voluntary Service is coordinating the grouping and is holding a public meeting

He said "It's a chance for people to hear what's planned but also have a say in what they think is needed to help their community."

It will be held at the Lido Centre, in Mattock Lane, West Ealing, between 6 and 8pm on tonight (12).

Email dan@ealingcvs.org.uk to find out more.

We'd like to hear from you.
