A motorcyclist from Northolt has died after coming off the road and crashing into a tree.

Peter Barrett, of Bruffs Meadow, was riding his black Honda CB motorbike on the A355 from Beaconsfield towards Slough, Berkshire at 5.50am on Saturday morning (14).

The 25-year-old died as a result of his injuries.

Thames Valley Police do not believe any other vehicle was involved in the crash and are appealing for witnesses. Anyone with any information can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Mr Barrett is the second Ealing resident to be killed on a road outside the borough in the last four weeks. Father-of-three, Rob Adams, 42, of West Ealing died when he came off his scooter on the A30 slip road to the M25 on March 25.
