THE Northolt Model Railway Club's annual exhibition is just the ticket for train enthusiasts.

Returning for its 61st year, the show is open to all at the Northolt Village Community Centre, in Ealing Road, from 10.30am to 5pm on Saturday (10).

INFLATABLE gladiator duelling and an old fashioned carousel will be the highlight of a free summer fair next week.

Around 35 people visited the Eden Day Nursery based at Eden Independent School on Wednesday (19th), where Mayor of Ealing, Councillor John Gallagher officially opened the new garden.

PARENTS can keep the kids entertained this summer at a selection of activity weeks at Ken Acock Community Centre, in Northolt.

The week long activities for youngsters aged five to 12, at the centre in Carr Road, start from August 1 until August 26, 8.30am to 5.45pm Monday to Friday.

Nancy and Norman Thompson, of Ripon Close, Northolt, were shocked to hear their 18-month-old grandson, Aiden, was diagnosed with the disease after a routine check-up two months ago.
